I am completed B.A can i join ICWA Course as i have 1year exp in tally?

I have completed B.A in H.E.K & i don Tally in computer, now i am working in pvt. ltd. as an accountant so i would like to move with accounts, Shall i take ICWA Course is it will useful for my future, can i do it as a part time or regular cl. please inform me the institution offering the ICWA Course in Bangalore.
