Which career makes more money medical biller and coder or medical transcriptionist?

If you're going to pay to go to one of those schools, please don't waste your time. I used to work in that industry and those people are a dime a dozen. Those schools promise that you'll land a great job when the program is over, but all you get is an unpaid internship for 3 months, then you're on your own.
