What Is a good WebSite Builder?

I am currently starting a "greeting card" business.. I am currently using "Wix.com", but there are a few things I don't like about that website builder.. (also I do not like webs.com)... I am looking for a web builder that provides alot of "templates", and will let me move parts of the pages around.. I do not want to create a website from "scratch", that would take me much longer to do.. Thanks!
