You should be checked to ensure the contacts are fitting properly. Otherwise you would do fine with -0.75 sphere on the right and -1.00 sphere on the left - this way you would not need a toric lens (more expensive). contact and gles Rx do differ if the power is high, but for you they are essentially the same. You would not need the astigmatism correction - the numbers I gave were your spherical equivalent.
