Country rustic, fall wedding cake ideas?

I'd do the cupcakes (i'm doing the cupcake idea to) with maybe pumpkin spice and apple flavored. (the flavors of fall) and since its the day after Halloween (all saints day) you could try cream cheese icing with lemon zest. or shredded apple on top.
