Do you think this horse would be ok??? loads of vet bills in the future?

dont buy if it has ringbone!!!! a horse i leased got it and she went so lame. it was horrible and we had to send her back and there was nothing they could do about it. but that was in 2006 so they might have some sort of treatment now but i doubt it
