English people are bloody cheats..Milner best Youngster.. WTF?

In my eye's Fabregas rightfully deserved the award, not taking any credit from Milner away however. But maybe they looked at who's played more consistently over the season, which is Milner if u take Cesc's injuries into account. It doesn't matter though, Milner winning that award doesn't make him a better player than Fabregas.
