I am in pro per - How can I request a Demand for Production of Doents (loan application on new home). ?

I settled with my daughters father, and two months later I got laid off, he stopped exercising the 20% visitation he had immediately after agreement of child support was signed, and he purchased a new home. He was claiming not to make any income when we settled (3 months ago)- so I need to request the loan doents. I can not afford a lawyer this time around, so I am in Pro Per. I filed the OFC, expense declaration, and now I need to figure out how to draft this doent, and do I have to have it certified prior to delivering, and how do I have it delivered- can I do it? also, as I am in pro per- where and when do I meet to gather the docs I am requesting?????? PLEASE HELP!!!!
