I have a 1994 5.9 mins diesel with 5 speed manual want to install on a 1967 d-series 500 dump truck pos??

the 94 is a running truck with all electrical, pumps and the works my every day driver for the most part how much trouble am i looking at i was told my transmission does have a pto since its a heavy duty truck i am skilled in metal fabrications for mounts and such just not sure about the mechanics and electronics any response will be helpful thanks in advance cory
