I own a 2004 ford focus and my pengerside headlight and taillight do not work...in the pengerside fender

there are some wires that have come disconnected from something and are just dangling and was wondering if anyone had any answers to how i might be able to fix this problem!! anyone with answers please help!! im tired of getting pulled over!!
