Is it okay for my husband to mediate his sisters relationship issues?

He is always being called when situations arise in her relationships. Also, he is also asked to ist in mediating his neices relationships with her children's fathers.Sometimes he gets upset when they call, and hangs up on them. Is this becoming too stressful for him?
