My wife has a infant and a todler shes a stay at home mom and wants to loose weight and needs help any ideas

shes 147 and 5"3 and wants to loose her baby fat i go to work at 2 and get out at 12 midnight and she says she gets tired from chasing our little girl around and she cant get motivated to exercise she cant break away from greasy food any suggestions about what to eat,techniques to do,exorcises she can do please help
