What are my chances of bringing a successful lawsuit against a former employer for breach of confidentiality?

Employer X posted my leave of absence as a suspension on my kronos report. Yes, I was suspended from my duties for behavioral reasons. This post on the kronos was available to view by all of my co-workers. What are my chances of bringing a successful lawsuit against my former employer for a breach of confidentiality; that being a suspension from work.
