What humbuckers should I get?

Ok, so I am wanting to get a PRS Tremonti student edition sometime in the future, and while I think the pickups are ok I would rather have some that are more suited to my style rather than general stock pickups. I am mostly interested in clic/southern rock, such as Lynard Skinnard and players like Angus Young, but I am also interested in punk rock like Hawk Nelson and I like some alternative stuff like the old Switchfoot and Sanctus Real. But mostly I want vintage sounding pickups, and from what I have read and heard I am really interested in the Dimarzio Bluesbucker and the Dimarzio Air Clic Bridge, but this is also the first time I will have installed my own set of pickups and I'm not sure if I am headed in the right direction, so I would really appreciate the help. (BTW I went to seymour duncans site and tried to listen to the different pickup sound bytes they had but I couldnt really tell the difference, idk if its lack of experience or if they are just running the same clips)
